Returns & Exchanges

Voiage will gladly accept back merchandise in unworn and pristine condition within 7 days from the time you receive your order. These items may be returned for product exchange, store credit or refund. We will refund the price minus the original shipping charges. Any items returned to us after 7 days from your receipt will only be eligible for store credit or exchange at our discretion. Sale and trunk show items are final sales and only eligible for exchange if received back by us within 7 days. We process returns the same day they are received. Keep in mind that, depending on the cycle of your credit card, it may take 2-10 days for the refund to post to your account. 

You must email websales@voiagejewelry.com or call (323) 951-9540 to let us know merchandise will be arriving back.

We recommend sending back any merchandise via insured mail for the full amount of the package and getting tracking number. We do not accept COD packages. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages.

Our online return policy does not necessarily reflect our in store return policy.

Unfortunately, all altered items and special orders are FINAL SALES and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Holiday items are eligible for exchange or store credit and must be received back by January 8th and please let us know that they are coming back before December 30th.
